City of Casey - Asset Data Collection for Parks and Open Spaces

GIS data collection for parks and open space assets for asset management and maintenance contracts. Included mapping and data collection for 2450 parks, reserves, community facilities, walkways, medians, roadside verges and traffic treatments.

The assets included sports grounds, playing surfaces, associated sports infrastructure, grass, gardens, mulch beds, paths, paving, gravel areas, retaining walls, feature walls, pergolas and stairways.

Mapping & Condition Assessment of the Falls Creek Alpine Resort Sewer System

The project included mapping the location of over 150 manholes and 3km of PVC mains within the Falls Creek Resort, including the dimensions of pipes, pits, junctions, in-flow pipes, out-flow pipes and other infrastructure.

The detailed data included pit and pipe locations, types, dimensions and invert levels, all points where pipes changed direction or dimension, rising main locations, dimensions, invert levels and pump detail.

City of Melbourne - Preparation of Road and Park Surface Polygons

Compilation of discrete polygons representing assets for all Council roads, reserves, parks, medians, roundabouts, traffic treatments, bridges and watercourses. 

The polygon boundaries were topologically correct and were defined according to classification, type and material. The assets included footpaths, roadways kerbs, channels, drains, paths, turf areas, garden beds, retaining walls, tramways and watercourses.

Mount Alexander Shire Council - Stormwater Drainage Inventory & Condition Survey

Spatial data collection and condition assessment of the stormwater drainage networks in Castlemaine, Castlemaine West, Chewton, Campbell’s Creek and Maldon.

Including mapping and physical inspection of pits, culverts, inlets and outfalls within roadways and easements. Linkage of structures and pipes and attribution of assets including dimensions, type, material, invert depths, flow direction and condition.

City of Port Phillip - Reserves Assets Data Capture & Condition Assessment

Detailed spatial data collection and condition assessment of a wide range of assets in over 800 parks, reserves, road closures, traffic treatments, community facilities, natural heritage areas, foreshore and  beach areas.

Approximately 29,000 assets were captured in the following asset groups, art & culture, drainage, fence & barriers, general assets, park furniture, paving, playgrounds, signage, sporting grounds & sports infrastructure, structures, vegetation, water and irrigation.
